Refund Policy

At Nityam, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable Items:
• Used products
• Damaged due to misuse
• Items marked as non-returnable

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:
• Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days
• COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI within 5–7 business days

Return Shipping:
• If product is defective/damaged → Free return
• If customer changes mind → Return shipping cost applicable
